China International Fashion Week AW2021

Jiang Jia, founder of the original design brand JIANGJIA of the same name, graduated from the Fashion Design Department of Jilin Normal University of Engineering and Technology. After graduation, he served as a lecturer at Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology, where he served as the design director of many well-known brands. He has won the Dalian Cup Excellence Award; China Teachers and Students Fashion Design Competition Excellence Award; China International Fabric Creative Excellence Award.

In 2012, he went to Kyung Hee University in South Korea to study clothing, and after returning to China, he has served as the brand design director of Moxi until now.

INSPIRATION

“Nonlinearity attitude”-Nonlinearity attitude. When we have to face many natural “uncertainties”, there are only two methods for us. Looking outward, we discover the basic laws of things through rational thinking, systematic thinking and professionalism make things under our control, and have the ability to make reasonable deductions and predictions about the future. Looking inward, discovering and returning to our inner beliefs, love and persistence, we can maintain our inner energy stability even in complex environments and challenges.

The theme comes from the nonlinear rules proposed by Kuhn and Tucker in the 1950s. It is to reduce a practical problem to nonlinearity, and find the best method through comparison and iteration in a certain interval where multiple variables and elements are interleaved. The intelligent age has broadened our horizons and expanded our thinking dimensions. One thing can be examined and balanced from multiple angles, and nonlinear thinking habits and attitudes can be formed.

This season, the color, fabric, and silhouette are regarded as the non-linear target variables, and the popular direction and the general environment are set as decision variables. Through the non-linear golden section, tangent, and interpolation, the optimal design is obtained to satisfy the wearer. Excellent experience and status, while taking into account the best commercial value.
