XUNRUO is an independent designer brand founded in 2011 by twin sisters Xun-Chen Dan, and Ruo-Chen Ying. The designer graduated from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University with a bachelor’s degree, and graduated with a master’s degree from the ISTITUTO MARANGONI fashion design major of Italy Marangoni Fashion Institute. His works have been released in China, Milan, New York, Dubai and other international fashion weeks. Xunruo loves everything related to art, and his inspiration always comes from curiosity about the world.

The theme of Xunruo this season is-the day when I became a butterfly, the design was inspired by “Butterfly Butterfly”. The designer has been moved by this ancient love story since he was a child. The design continues the retro and romantic style. The colors are extracted from traditional Chinese famille rose porcelain, which uses modern creative techniques to talk to traditional art aesthetics.
When I became a butterfly, did I arrive in freedom or the beginning of an adventure? The designer is good at applying animal embroidery, hand-made bead embroidery accessories, Chinese buckles, and western classical decorations to the design. At the same time, it is matched with lantern sleeves, lotus leaf and other retro design elements, matched with modern and simple tailoring, and the East and the West are civilized. A relaxed way to reflect another form of beauty.
